How many passengers fit in a tuk-tuk?
A máximum of four (4) passengers are allowed per tuk-tuk, whether adults or children.
What is the operating schedule?
From 10 a.m. to 21 p.m.
How is the price set?
The price is fixed per vehicle since it is a private tour. Before making the payment you must select the number of tuk-tuks you want to reserve:
Group of up to four people: 1 tuk-tuk.
Group of between 5 and 8 people: 2 tuk-tuks.
Group of between 9 and 12 people: 3 tuk-tuks.
Group of between 13 and 16 people: 4 tuk-tuks.
Always select the number of tuk-tuks, not the number of people!
Where are the customers picked up from?
Pick up and drop off at Calle de Sevilla 6 (28014), in front of the Four Seasons Hotel.
The only exception is the Christmas lights tour in Madrid, whose collection point is at Calle Antonio Maura 13 (28014).
Pick up and drop off at Calle Cortina del Muelle 1 (29015), in front of the AC Marriott Málaga Palacio.
Are the tuk-tuks electric?
In deed, they are 100% electric, silent and sustainable.
Are the drivers tourist guides?
Yes they are and we guarantee that our guides-drivers will make you feel like a real local, sharing with you history, anecdotes and showing you unique places.
Commitment to safety (COVID19)?
We comply with the safety and cleaning guidelines for the reduction of contagion by COVID19 of the World Health Organization, and of the Ministry of Health of Spain for guides and means of transport.

Spanish, English and French (upon prior request).
Do the tours take place on rainy and / or windy days?
Of course! As long as the conditions are not extreme and jeopardize your safety or that of the driver-guide. Our tuk-tuk are equipped with layers and blankets so that our clients do not get wet or go cold.
What should I take on the tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for the weather, a bottle of water and a phone or a camera.
How can I recognize the guide-driver?
Do not worry, our guide-driver will be the one that finds you. He will be waiting for you at the agreed time and place. Otherwise, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at the number +34 680 69 54 87 and we will be glad to help you.
Do I need to print a receipt to present the day of the tour?
It is not necessary. The only thing you may have to show to the guide-driver is the ID or documentation with which you made the reservation.
What happens in case of delay by the client?
In case of delay, the contracted activity will be reduced depending on the time lost, which may cause a change in the route set.
Is it posible to make any changes in the reservation?
Yes, you can make changes to your reservation through the received tour confirmation email, by phone or WhatsApp (+34 680 69 54 87), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), as long as they are made with at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
How can I cancel the reservation and request a refund?
Cancellation must be made through the tour confirmation email received, by phone or WhatsApp (+34 680 69 54 87), or by email (email@example.com), as long as they are made with at least 24 hours of advance to the start time of the tour.
The refund can only be made if this prior notice is given. No amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or if the resignation is not notified.
